Steve Manzanares is the owner and president of Bear Valley Home Improvements. As a second-generation builder, Steve has over 22 years’ experience improving high end custom homes. Steve is a Colorado native and grew up in Wash Park. He lives in Denver with his wife and has three children. Steve has watched Denver change tremendously throughout his career and keeps his finger on the pulse of Colorado’s building trends and consumer demands pertaining to the real estate market.

Steve’s roots in Denver have fostered relationships with a vast network of tradesmen that offer a variety of different services, with whom he regularly partners to provide his clients with a wide array of services. Steve began his career with comprehensive basement remodeling and is an expert in maintaining buildings, as well as HVAC engineering.
